Unveiling of the Johnny Mercer Statue - Savannah, GA
As a capstone to the Johnny Mercer Centennial year, join citizens of Savannah and the Mercer family in making history when the life-size bronze statue of Johnny Mercer is unveiled in Ellis Square. The statue is the work of Savannah sculptor Susie Chisholm, commissioned by the Friends of Johnny Mercer, Inc., in special commemoration of Johnny’s 100th birthday.
